Kayleigh Leonard has a diverse background in engineering support, project initiation, and the creative arts. Since September 2017, Kayleigh has served as an Engineering Support Officer and Project Initiation Officer at Power On, focusing on customer liaison and supporting colleagues. In addition to this role, Kayleigh has been an Explorer Scout Leader since January 2009, mentoring young scouts and organizing meetings and events. Previous experience includes positions as a Junior Surveyor at Laser Surveys Ltd., a Costume Constructor for various theatrical productions, and roles in retail and freelance design. Kayleigh holds a BA Hon in Fashion Innovation Management from the University of the Creative Arts, along with a Level 1 in Tailoring from Newham College.
