James Gibbeson currently serves as the Head of Facilities and Asset Management at Powerhouse since January 2023. Prior to this role, James held various positions at QIC, including National Tenancy Delivery Manager and Portfolio Operations Manager for NSW & ACT, from October 2012 to December 2022. James also gained experience as an Operations Manager at Lend Lease from July 2010 to October 2012, and worked at Westfield from July 2005 to September 2010 in roles such as Facilities Manager and Tenancy Coordination/Risk Management. James began their career at AMP, serving as Facilities Supervisor/Tenancy Coordination from June 2004 to July 2005.
