Frederico Curado has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Frederico began their career at Teleperformance Portugal as a Technical Customer Support Representative. Frederico then progressed to First Line Manager and Supervisor roles before becoming an Operations Manager for a renowned Streaming Entertainment industry account. In this role, they were responsible for managing Supervisors and their multi-skill teams for the Portuguese, Portuguese Brazilian, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, German, French, Greek, Turkish, Hebrew, and Nordics Markets. Frederico Curado is currently an Operations Manager at Powerfront, a position they have held since 2022.

Frederico Curado completed a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Animation from the Polytechnic of Leiria between 2003 and 2006.
