Kayla Zerger is a talent acquisition specialist at Silvergate Bank since August 2022, bringing prior experience as a recruiting coordinator at Coinbase from February 2022 to August 2022, where Kayla organized interview schedules and designed training programs for new team members. Previous roles include assistant general manager and event coordinator at Hummingbird Estate and Vineyard LLC, creative and education services at the Builders Association Southern Oregon, patient service representative at Advanced Joint Replacement Center, and barista at The Human Bean Coffee Franchise. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Arizona State University, completed in June 2020.
