Early career accomplishments include significant positions at Kiewit, notably as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Kiewit Energy Group and Vice President of Business Development in the Power sector. Paul Compton holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Boise State University, obtained from 1985 to 1989.
