Bo Congdon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and recruitment, currently serving as the Sales Manager and Recruiter at ProTex Roof Systems since May 2023. Congdon has held various roles, including National Solar Energy Recruiter and Mentor at Powur, PBC, where leadership in building a team of over 100 solar consultants was demonstrated. As the Owner of Cloud Leads, Congdon specializes in generating high-quality solar leads, while also co-owning ION Oxygen as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing marketing and online sales initiatives. Additionally, Congdon has experience as a Business Owner at Cloud Designs, focusing on website creation and lead generation.
