Mohamed Manas is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Power International Holding since January 2022, responsibilities include preparing consolidated financial statements and monthly reports in compliance with IFRS. Previously, at Study Care International Qatar, Mohamed implemented internal controls and managed payroll procedures as a Senior Accountant. Prior audit experience includes roles at Kreston (Correspondent with Grant Thornton International) as an Assistant Audit Manager and Audit Supervisor, leading audits across diverse sectors. Additionally, Mohamed served as a Senior Accounting Lecturer at Jayasekara Management Center and an Audit Associate at KPMG Sri Lanka. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Accounting (Special) Hons from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Chartered Accountant status from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
