Karthik Balaji Muthukrishnan is an experienced professional with a strong background in project finance and energy management. Currently serving as a Deputy Manager at Power Finance Corporation Ltd. since March 2016, Karthik oversees projects with a cumulative credit line of approximately USD 3.5 billion. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Officer in Project Finance, focusing on the appraisal of thermal and hydro generation projects in the East and North East regions of India. Karthik's expertise also extends to consultancy work in energy efficiency and smart grid solutions at Idam Infrastructure Advisory Pvt Ltd and ABPS Infrastructure Advisory Pvt Ltd. Karthik started professional career as a Senior Engineer at Essar, contributing to electrical operations and automation.
