Renz Agon is a Solutions Engineer at Power Factors since March 2022, specializing in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting data flow from remote SCADA sites to the Power Factors Cloud. Prior to this, Renz worked as a Systems Monitoring Engineer at SunPower Corporation, managing system data across monitoring platforms and assisting in performance validation. Renz also served as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer at Solar Philippines, focusing on SCADA and advanced metering infrastructure systems, and conducted preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Renz's career began with an internship at Batangas II Electric Cooperative, Inc. Renz holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Batangas, completed in 2018.
