Jim Paquette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Technical Sales and Applications Engineering at Power Factors since 2018, Jim specializes in developing SCADA solutions for renewable energy projects across the US and Canada. As the owner of Leeward Properties LLC and co-owner of Compass Chiropractic LLC, Jim exhibits entrepreneurial skills alongside engineering expertise. Previous roles include Senior Applications Engineer at Draker, where Jim designed and configured data acquisition systems for PV power plants, and Production Manager at CVOEO, overseeing weatherization projects. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and has received private instruction in Renewable Power Systems and Principles of Supervision.
