Kuba Szczypiorski currently serves as the Director of Business Development for the North America E-Mobility Division at Power Electronics, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Kuba was a Senior Account Executive for Channel Partnerships at Enel X from May 2022 to April 2024 and held the position of National Business Development Manager for EV Infrastructure at BTCPower between November 2020 and May 2022. Kuba's experience at Blue Bird Corporation from September 2016 to June 2020 encompassed multiple roles, including Director of Business Development for Alternative Fuels, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio valued at approximately $500M and overseeing product launches. Kuba also worked as a Regional Sales Manager and Regional Alternative Fuels Manager in the same company. Earlier in the career, Kuba was a Regional Sales Representative at Carter Machinery and a Partner in Sales/Marketing at Earthmover Tire Group. Kuba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from James Madison University and studied at Universidad de Salamanca in 2000.
