Martin Sperring is an accomplished supply chain and merchandising professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain, Merchandising and Planning at Poundland & Dealz since July 2023, Martin previously held significant positions at A.S. Watson Group, including General Manager - Supply Chain & Merchandising for Superdrug and Savers. Martin's career also includes leadership roles at Superdrug, Wickes, and Dreams, where expertise in demand planning, inventory control, supplier performance management, and team development was demonstrated. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management from Loughborough University.
