Mina Dimyan has a long and varied work experience in the recruitment industry. Mina began their career in 2011 as an Agency Recruiter for Robert Half, CTPartners, and Allegis. In 2014, they joined Bloomberg LP as a Lead Talent Sourcing Specialist, and was quickly promoted to Recruiter, Financial Products and then Experienced Recruiter. In 2016, they moved to Gartner as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Challenger and Recruiting Relationship Manager, Growth Businesses. In 2020, they joined Behavox as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Revenue & Business, and in 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition, Enterprise Sales Leadership for Datadog. Throughout their career, Mina has implemented new procedures, hiring strategies, diversity initiatives, and sourcing new technologies for the companies they have worked for.
Mina Dimyan has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Queens College. Mina also has certifications from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn for Diversity Recruiting, all obtained in 2019.
