Lily McDowell has been employed in a variety of roles since 2016. Lily began their career as an Employee at Nod Hill Soap Shop in 2016. In 2017, they became a Member of The Business Club at The University of Scranton. In 2019, they joined the University of Scranton as a Student Development Officer, where they served as an ambassador and gained a deeper understanding of the college. Most recently, in 2021, they joined POTOO\u00ae as a Business Development Representative, then transitioned to an E-Commerce Associate Account Manager, and finally to an Account Coordinator.

Lily McDowell attended Wilton High School from 2013 to 2017. Lily then studied abroad in Rome, Italy from 2019 to 2019. Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Scranton from 2017 to 2021.
