Jennifer Raines-Loring has over 14 years of experience in the retail and ecommerce industries. Jennifer began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Shop Manager at Bloomingdale's 59th St. Jennifer then held roles as Business Development Manager for Signature Stores and Wholesale Merchandising & Planning Associate at Lilly Pulitzer from 2006-2013. In 2013, they became Director of Retail at Lilly Pulitzer and focused on scaling retail operations, including culture, recruiting and retention. In 2014, they moved to Swarovski as Senior Manager of Retail Performance and focused on post-acquisition integration efforts of Chamilia, a Swarovski acquisition. In 2016, they became COO at Greycork, a seed-stage VC funded e-commerce company, where they focused on supply chain, finance, customer service, human resources, general operations and strategy. From 2017-2020, they held roles at Springboard Retail as VP of People and VP of Operations & Corporate Strategy, where they managed operations, people/hr, finance, and strategic initiatives and was a member of the executive team that led the company to successful acquisition. Jennifer is currently SVP of People at Postscript, overseeing all People functions, including talent acquisition, core HR, and a comprehensive set of people ops & programs that continually enable hypergrowth in a fully remote org.
Jennifer Raines-Loring received their MBA from Harvard Business School between 2011 and 2013. Jennifer also attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a BS in International Trade and Marketing, Fashion Merchandising. In 2020, they completed certifications in Employment Law and Compensation Practices from Cornell University.
