Dilyara Diyarova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dilyara is currently a Python Developer at Postpay, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MIRCOD LLC as a Python Developer from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Python Developer at Meanotek AI, where they were involved in system module development, functional expansion, refactoring, code optimization, and database query analysis. Before their Python development roles, Dilyara worked at Ecolab as a Production Department SAP specialist from November 2014 to June 2019. In this role, they contributed to performance improvement projects, client engagement, progress monitoring, and knowledge assimilation. Additionally, they have experience as a Software Developer, developing a mobile game for Android and a desktop task tracker app. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate Travel Agent at ExpressTourism and as a Department Manager at Zara Kids.

Dilyara Diyarova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev – KAI from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Specialist Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kazan State Energy University, where they attended from 2006 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Dilyara has also obtained various certifications. Dilyara completed the "CS50's Web Programming with Python and JavaScript" course from edX in March 2020. In May 2019, they completed the "Основы программирования мобильных приложений для Android" course from edX. Dilyara also completed the "Introduction to Bootstrap - A Tutorial" course in October 2018, the "JavaScript, HTML and CSS Web Development" course in April 2018, and the "CS50's Computer Science for Business Professionals" course in January 2018, all from edX. Dilyara obtained the certification for "Object-Oriented Programming in Java" in September 2017 and "Advanced Software Construction in Java" in May 2017, both from edX. Additionally, Dilyara completed the "The Science of Everyday Thinking" course in April 2016 and the "I Heart Stats: Learning to Love Statistics" course in June 2015, both from edX.
