Lars Gorm Christensen has a diverse work experience, primarily in the postal industry. Lars Gorm has been with PostNord since 2010 and has held several key roles within the company. From 2010 to 2017, Lars served as a Test Manager, overseeing testing procedures. In 2017, they transitioned into the role of Outsourcing Manager for a brief period before becoming the Head of OTI & CRM, where they managed the operational and customer relationship aspects of the company. In 2019, Lars was promoted to Head of Value Stream Sales & Customer Service, responsible for leading the sales and customer service departments. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Solution Area Sales, Customer Service & HR, demonstrating their vast knowledge and expertise in these areas. Prior to their time at PostNord, Lars held miscellaneous positions at Post Danmark, where they gained early experience in the industry.
Lars Gorm Christensen holds a Graduate diploma in business administration in organizations and management from Copenhagen Business School, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Production from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark. Additionally, Lars Gorm Christensen served in the Royal Danish Army as a Sergeant specializing in Air defence artillery from 1989 to 1991. Lars Gorm completed their secondary education at Nakskov Gymnasium, specializing in Matematisk Samfundsfaglig linie, from 1986 to 1989.
