Gilles Marti is a Senior Legal Counsel at PostFinance, specializing in data protection and litigation since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the project implementation of the new data protection law and managing contracts with external partners. Previously, Gilles led international coordination and legal matters at Gemeinsame Einrichtung KVG, representing Swiss delegations on international health insurance issues from May 2015 to September 2019. Prior legal advisory roles include working at the Federal Office of Health and ATAG Wirtschaftsorganisationen AG, focusing on healthcare oversight, legal counsel in civil and criminal liability, and pension fund liquidation.
