Fabienne Hostettler's work experience includes roles at PostFinance, ESL Education, and Swisscom.

At PostFinance, they started in 2011 as a Deputy Team Leader in the Backoffice. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Specialist in the Account Services Support. Fabienne then became a Process Manager and Protection Objects Owner from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they took on the role of Solution Product Owner. Currently, they are the Co-Lead of the Competence Center for Young Professionals and a Development Coach for the Digital Business.
