Annarosa Bongni has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at PostFinance Ltd since 1998 as both an HR-Fachspezialistin für Anstellungsgrundlagen and HR-Beraterin. Prior to that, Annarosa held the position of HR-Beraterin at Swisscom from 1990 to 1998 and served as Assistentin/Führung der Schuladministration at Inselspital Bern from 1982 to 1990, where responsibilities included managing school administration for 120 students. Annarosa began the career as a Fachleherin für Gastronomieassistentinnen at the Schweizer Hotelier Verein from 1980 to 1982. Educational credentials include a Master's in Advanced Studies in Human Resources Management from ZHAW/IAP Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften, and a qualification as a Personalmanagerin from IAP Zürich obtained between 1999 and 2001.
