Zahir Kamran started their work experience in 2013 as an Intern at various companies, including Nestlé and Pak Elektron Limited. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Eastern Enterprises and as an Intern in the Marketing Power Division at Pak Elektron Limited. In 2015, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Descon Chemicals Limited.

In 2016, Zahir joined M&P Express Logistics as a Key Accounts Manager in Corporate Sales, where they received accolades for being the Salesperson of the Year in 2017 and 2018 and managed a portfolio of 16 million per month. Zahir then became the Corporate Sales Head in Lahore, responsible for generating 1 billion PKR revenue annually and leading a team of Business Development Managers and Tele Sales Executives.
