Fatima-Ezzahra Harriz currently serves as a Cadre RH at Poste Maroc (Barid Al-Maghrib) since March 2019, following prior experience as Responsable des Ressources Humaines at Sofitel from March 2017 to February 2019, and as Responsable des ressources humaines at FLORMAR for a brief period in late 2016. Additionally, Fatima-Ezzahra held the position of Responsable Développement RH at AXA from 2013 to October 2016. Responsibilities across these roles have included structuring HR functions, internalizing payroll processes, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, managing recruitment, and establishing procedures and internal regulations. Fatima-Ezzahra is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion, which commenced in 2013 and is ongoing.
