Kabeera Andrew is an experienced professional currently holding the position of Executive Director and Chief Digital Financial Services Officer at PostBank Uganda Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at DFCU Bank and held various leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank Uganda and Standard Chartered Bank. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Makerere University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Uganda Martyrs University, Kabeera Andrew has a strong background in banking operations and financial services management.
