Desislava Tocheva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and IT support. Currently working at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since September 2019, Desislava serves as a Senior Expert in Data Infrastructure Support within the Data Management and Modelling Division and also leads the CRM & GDPR section in the IT Division. Prior to this role, Desislava accumulated over thirteen years of experience at Piraeus Bank, holding various positions including Helpdesk Leader and Host Systems Engineer focused on iSeries (AS/400) systems. Desislava began the career as a Computer Operator at Pro Group before advancing in the field. Desislava holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia and completed education at Mathematics High School Sofia.
