Damyan Rusev has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Development for the Individual Banking Division at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since July 2008. Rusev specializes in strategy development, product excellence, P&L improvement, business development, and operational efficiency. Previous roles at Postbank include leading the Products & Innovations Department and managing customer relationships and credit risk within mortgage lending. Prior to Postbank, Rusev held key positions at MKB Unionbank, focusing on credit risk controlling and methodology, portfolio performance analysis, and Basel II implementation. Rusev holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo.
