Rick Matte serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Post Road Equipment Finance, LLC, a position held since June 2017. Post Road specializes in providing loans and leases ranging from $5 million to $75 million, secured by essential-use machinery and equipment, to both privately-owned and publicly-traded companies across diverse industries. Prior to Post Road, Rick Matte held several leadership positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer at Webster Bank and SVP, National Sales Manager at GE Capital, Equipment Finance. Matte's extensive experience in business development and sales leadership spans over two decades at various GE Capital divisions and other firms. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Management from RPI Lally School of Management.
