Amy Buerke serves as Vice President of Human Resources - Manufacturing at Post Consumer Brands since November 2024. Previously, Buerke was Global HR Director for Talent, Performance & Rewards at AkzoNobel from November 2021 to November 2024, overseeing all HR Centers of Excellence. Buerke's extensive experience includes leadership roles in global talent management and organization effectiveness at AkzoNobel, as well as serving as Global HR Leader for AWS Training and Certification at Amazon Web Services from October 2020 to October 2021. Earlier positions included Global HR Director at Nouryon and AkzoNobel, Business HR Leader at Cargill, and various HR roles at Ameriprise Financial, Express Scripts, and EmpowerMX. Buerke holds a Master's degree in Management and Organization Development from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
