Graham Swarbrick has extensive experience in service and customer infrastructure management, currently serving as Service Desk Manager and Care Desk Manager at Positive Solutions LTD since January 2015. Prior to this role, Graham held the position of Customer Infrastructure Manager at Cegedimrx Ltd from August 2000 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading the Customer Infrastructure Team, managing the software release process, and overseeing deployment to more than 5,000 customers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned from 1994 to 1997, and prior education at Hutton Grammar School from 1987 to 1992.
