Sharifah Raudhah Ismail is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, mental fitness, and communication strategy. Since 2009, Sharifah has been with FACETECH COACHING SERVICES, helping organizations navigate transitions and adapt to the digital landscape. Additionally, Sharifah serves as a Positive Intelligence Coach at Positive Intelligence and holds multiple coaching and consulting roles at eCoachPro, Resilient Leaders Elements, and Face2Face Technology. Sharifah has a background in facilitating workshops and retreats focused on women's leadership and strategic communication. Previous experience includes serving as a senior consultant and executive coach at SignalCX and as an adjunct lecturer at Open University Malaysia. Educational achievements include a degree from RMIT University and various certifications in coaching and psychology.
