Mark A Garcia is a seasoned leadership development expert currently serving as a Positive Intelligence Educator at Positive Intelligence since July 2022. Garcia holds the position of Vice President at Magnus Leadership within the National Command and Staff College since January 2020 and has been a Senior Faculty member at the Josephson Institute since January 2018. As a Leadership Development Consultant with the John Maxwell Team since August 2016, Garcia specializes in character-based leadership training. Previously, Garcia was the owner of Blue Virtue Leadership, providing character-based leadership training and coaching from January 2018 to July 2022. Additionally, Mark A Garcia served as the Director of Influence and Development at the National Command & Staff College from May 2018 to January 2020 and retired as Chief of Police from the Redlands Police Department after a tenure spanning from June 2011 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Hope International University and attended several prestigious leadership programs, including the Harvard Kennedy School.
