Marjorie Young-Krauss, ACC MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and marketing. Currently, Young-Krauss serves as a Work and Life Design Coach at MindShift, a Mental Fitness Coach for Positive Intelligence, and a Career and Life Coach at Celebrate You Coaching. Additionally, Young-Krauss is a Ministry Coach with OMF International, providing guidance in discernment and mobilization, and has been a Counselor and Work-Life Transition Coach at Central Peninsula Church since 2011. Young-Krauss co-founded the non-profit IUDI/FUID and previously held significant roles at Calm Clarity, VMware, and IBM, where leadership in customer engagement and marketing strategies drove substantial revenue growth. Young-Krauss holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and has completed graduate studies at Western Seminary, among other educational achievements.
