Marilynn Kendall, BScN, MA, CEC, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and consultant, currently serving as CEO of Endless Possibilities Executive Coaching and Consulting since February 2011, where the focus is on supporting women in leadership roles through customized coaching and leadership development. In addition to this role, Marilynn serves as a PQ Coach with Positive Intelligence, aiding women to unlock their leadership potential. Previous academic positions include Guest Lecturer at Simon Fraser University and Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University, where Marilynn contributed to advancing leadership education. Marilynn also has mentorship experience with the Canadian College of Health Leaders and BCIT International Business Management Program, sharing extensive professional knowledge to foster growth in emerging leaders. A former Program Director for the Neonatal Program at Women’s Hospital & Health Centre of B.C., Marilynn brings significant leadership experience and expertise in healthcare management. Educational qualifications include a BScN in Nursing from The University of British Columbia and an MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
