Marci Maniker, M.A., is an accomplished Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach with extensive experience in leadership development and change management. Currently serving as an Organizational Development Consultant & Executive Coach at Maniker & Associates since January 2001, Marci also provides coaching as a Positive Intelligence Coach at Positive Intelligence since March 2023. As the founder of Womens' Journeys, Marci organizes trips for women to various exotic locations worldwide. Past roles include Change Management Lead at Nestlé and Director of Training and Development at Overture, among other prestigious positions. Marci holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
