Dagmara Asbreuk is the CEO and Founder of Extraordinary Leadership, a coaching and consulting firm established in October 2021 that partners with executives and senior leaders to foster organizational growth and engaged cultures. Dagmara serves as an executive coach, leadership team coach, and keynote speaker while also hosting the Extraordinary Leadership Podcast and editing the associated newsletter. Currently a Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence, Dagmara previously designed and facilitated a leadership development program for female leaders at net4tec. With extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management, Dagmara held various senior roles at Kongsberg Automotive and DENSO, where significant contributions included developing regional supplier management processes and strategic purchasing initiatives. Dagmara's educational background includes a Professional Coaching Diploma and a Master's degree in International Trade.
