Anthony R. Novo, PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and founder of EQ Rising, a position held since March 2019. With extensive experience in financial services, Anthony has served as Director of RFP and Client Reporting at Matthews Asia from August 2014 to March 2019, and previously as Head of RFP Europe at Neuberger Berman Europe Limited from November 2010 to July 2014. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at Osmium Partners, LLC, and Sales Manager Europe at Russell/Mellon. Anthony’s career began at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as a Senior Associate, and earlier roles include Portfolio Accountant at BNY Mellon and a Cryptologic SIGINT Operator/Analyst in the US Navy. Education includes a Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery Program from Newfield Network in 2019 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
