Gillian Frayling-Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Manager at Positive Help since June 2018, Gillian has previously held the position of Regional Operations Manager at South East Scotland Regional Scout Council from July 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Gillian coordinated charitable efforts as Charity Co-ordinator at Pregnancy and Parents Centre from January 2009 to June 2016. Gillian holds an educational background from Heriot-Watt University, having attended from 1997 to 2004.
