Chris Fay has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Chris is currently the owner and baseball coach of Next Pitch Baseball, LLC. Prior to this role, they worked at Positive Coaching Alliance as a Senior Partnership Manager & Trainer and Trainer & Partnership Manager. Chris also served as a monthly columnist for the New England Baseball Journal. In the past, Chris worked as the General Manager of Frozen Ropes Baseball & Softball Training Center and as a Collegiate Assistant Baseball Coach at Newbury College. Chris began their career as a Reporter for the Boston Herald, where they covered high school athletic events and created sports content. Overall, Chris Fay has a strong background in coaching, training, writing, and sports management.

Chris Fay attended Gettysburg College from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
