Doug Campbell has held various roles in the technology industry since 1991. Doug began their career as a Salesman at Parametric Technology Corporation in 1991, followed by a Sales role at Stratamodel in 1993. In 1995, they were appointed UK & Northern Europe General Manager at Tecnomatix, where they were responsible for software for Computer aided manufacturing engineering and production. In 1998, they moved to Aspect Development, where they held a Sales role. In 2001, they joined Oracle as a Procurement Sales Specialist, followed by a European Sales role at Questrix (Oracle & McKinsey JV) in 2002. In 2003, they became Director of both Ecommnet Limited and Off Exploring Limited, where they provided bespoke social media solutions and mobile app development services to the travel industry. From 2015 to 2019, they held two roles at IPU Group, Divisional Director: Oil Conditioning and Fuel & Oil Divisional Director. Most recently, they have been a Business Development EMEA at Poseidon Systems since 2019.

Doug Campbell attended Rossall School from 1969 to 1978. Doug then attended The University of Sheffield from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a B.Eng in Control Engineering.
