Robert Vonder Reith is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer in the MSAT division at Poseida Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2021. Previous roles include leadership positions at Rakuten Medical, where Robert directed downstream and conjugation technical operations, and Synthorx Inc., focusing on enhancing downstream development capabilities. With a strong background in process characterization, regulatory submissions, and technical operations, Robert has contributed to multiple pipeline products, including one commercially approved. Robert holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego and has a proven track record of managing teams, executing process development, and ensuring compliance throughout various stages of drug manufacturing.
