Hyeok-jae Jang is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the metallurgy industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at POSCO since January 2021, Hyeok-jae Jang has successfully established a corporation, designed critical ERP and MES systems, secured initial funding through joint ventures, and effectively managed construction schedules and budgets. Previously, as Plant Manager at PT Krakatau Posco, Hyeok-jae Jang improved productivity by over 3% and significantly reduced quality issues by 88% while maintaining a safe working environment. Hyeok-jae Jang's earlier roles at POSCO as a Senior Process Engineer and Project Manager Team Lead involved notable achievements in process automation and cost reduction. Hyeok-jae Jang holds a Master of Engineering in Metallurgy from Kyungpook National University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from Chungbuk National University.
