Paulo Freitas has extensive experience in both maritime operations and sports management. Since October 2008, Paulo has held multiple roles at Portos dos Açores, S.A., including Regional Coordinator of ISPS Affairs and Chief of Operations for the island of Pico. In the sports arena, Paulo has served as Sporting Director and Assistant Football Coach at Vitória Futebol Clube since July 2017, alongside various coaching positions in futsal at multiple clubs, including Clube Desportivo de Santo António and Grupo Desportivo da Piedade, where achievements include winning the AFH Juniors Championship. Paulo's educational background includes a degree in Transport Management with a maritime-port domain from Escola Náutica Infante D. Henrique.
