Gustavo Girotto has extensive experience in supply chain and operations, currently serving as an S&OP Specialist at Portobello America since March 2022, while also working with Portobello Grupo in various roles since July 2014, including Especialista em S&OP and Analista de S&OP. Prior to these positions, Gustavo held the role of Logistics Analyst at Portobello Grupo and served as a Logistics Consultant at Otimis from January to July 2014. Gustavo's career in logistics began at Seara Alimentos S/A (Marfrig Group), where responsibilities included Analista de Logística from September 2010 to January 2014. Gustavo holds an MBA in Project Management from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (2012-2013) and a degree from Universidade do Contestado (2005-2008).
