Carla Melazzi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Unix and storage administration, project management, and capacity planning. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst at Porto Seguro since September 2007, Carla specializes in Unix systems (HP-UX, AIX, Linux) and storage solutions (Hitachi, HP, EMC, IBM), along with problem and incident management. Previous roles include serving as a Senior System Administrator at Sodexo, where responsibilities included Unix and storage administration as well as PeopleSoft administration, and as a Unix/Windows Administrator at Medial Saúde, focusing on system architecture and database administration.
