Rodney Billups is an experienced basketball coach and consultant currently serving as an Assistant Basketball Coach for the Portland Trail Blazers since December 2021. Prior to this role, Rodney Billups founded Rodney Billups Consulting in March 2021 and briefly worked as an NBA Scout for the Milwaukee Bucks Inc. from November 2021 to January 2022, focusing on grassroots, college, and G League scouting. Rodney Billups also held the position of Head Coach for Men's Basketball at the University of Denver from March 2016 to March 2021 and served as both Assistant Men's Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Colorado Boulder from May 2010 to March 2016. Rodney Billups earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business between 2002 and 2005.
