Ginny Blickenstaff is an experienced program manager currently employed at Portland Public Schools since September 2023. Previously, Ginny served as a general manager at Red Robin from November 2018 to September 2023, overseeing restaurant performance, financial management, and a large team. Prior to this, Ginny held managerial roles at Rogue Ales & Spirits and held various positions at Red Robin, including national new restaurant opening trainer. Ginny also contributed as a national chapter intern at Friends of the Children and as the head coach for the speech and debate team at Sunset High School. Ginny holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College.
