Tibby Bec has extensive experience in both technical program management and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Portland General Electric since February 2017, with a focus on electrical distribution design and project management. Previous roles at Portland General Electric include Principal Strategy & Planning Analyst, Manager of Design Project Management, and Design Project Manager. Tibby Bec also worked as a Real Estate Agent at Remax Equity Group from July 2013 to September 2020 and operated as a Residential General Contractor under the name Tiberiu Bec from April 2015 to April 2019. Prior experience includes a position as Retail Sales Manager at AT&T from April 2007 to July 2013. Tibby Bec holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Portland State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Mt. Hood Community College.
