Christelle Gema deAsis is an experienced finance professional and current board member at the Portland Art Museum, where they serve as the Investment Committee Chair and Executive Committee Member. From 2016 to 2017, they managed a financial portfolio for 100 independent senior living communities at Holiday Retirement. Previously, Christelle served as a board member and Audit Committee Chair for the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System from 2012 to 2019, and as Treasurer and Investment Committee Member for the Legacy Health - Emanuel Medical Center Foundation during the same period. They also held positions as an Economic Analyst and Financial Analyst at Portland General Electric from 2006 to 2014, assessing the economic value of major capital investments and managing risk in the commodity trading portfolio. Christelle earned a degree in Finance from Portland State University - School of Business between 2001 and 2005.
