Erik Weekers serves as the CEO of FVF since January 2023 and holds board positions at Portima, BROCOM SERVICES, and the Ombudsman van de Verzekeringen België. Since August 2006, Erik has operated STRONGER by ERIK WEEKERS - Qualifinas BV as an executive coach, trainer, and consultant, focusing on results-oriented coaching for individuals and organizations. Previously, from July 2006 to January 2021, Erik was the managing director of AXFIN, a service-oriented bank and insurance office. Erik's extensive experience in the financial sector includes roles at AXA, Vivium, and AXA Bank Europe, as well as earlier work at Belfius. Erik's education includes management training at IPO management school and a degree in secondary education with a focus on economics, geography, and Dutch.
