Luis Felipe Serrao is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Programme Manager for LatAm at Porticus since July 2022, Serrao previously held the role of Senior Research Officer at Instituto Unibanco from February to July 2022. Additional notable positions include Acting Programme Lead for Schools and Non Formal Education at the British Council and Senior Manager for Schools, held from April 2017 to January 2022, as well as a consultancy role at UNESCO. From January 2010 to March 2017, Serrao worked as Senior Project Officer at Ação Educativa and served as an Educational Consultant for the Secretaria Municipal de Educação. Serrao holds a Master's degree in Education, a Teaching Certification in Social Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, all from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
