Cecilia Novato currently serves as a Grant Manager at Porticus, a position held since August 2012, where responsibilities include analyzing regional requests, developing project documentation for board approval, managing the grantmaking process, and overseeing the annual budget. Prior to this role, Cecilia worked as a Grant Administrator at C&A from March 2010 to July 2012 and held the position of Assistente de Logística I at RGR Publicações from August 2006 to November 2009, where Cecilia was a Coordenadora Jr. Cecilia's educational background includes a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Direitos Humanos, Responsabilidade Social e Cidadania Global from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2020-2021), an MBA in Gestão de Processos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2016-2018), and a Bachelor's degree in Administração from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho (2007-2011).
